The design of the house was started in 1992 but then the owner decided to defer construction until the year 2000 when his daughter would graduate from high school.
The scope of the project included a main house, extensive site development to take advantage of site work on a south-facing sloping site with views, a pool, and a barn outbuilding.
Interior features included a media room, an exercise room, and a billiards room. The house was completed in 2001. The General Contractor was John Cromwell.
