This house is located on a harbor on Cape Cod with very nice views of the ocean from the upper floor. The original house was a poorly laid out, standard plan (a "builder's house") that had small windows.
The addition and renovation added a new second story space and a new kitchen on the ocean side of the house. The fireplace was relocated so that it was not in the way of ocean views and larger, modern windows were installed.
