I had toe good luck to be able to visit the Museum of Modern Art in Fort Worth, Texas last year. This was the first time I had seen a built work by Tadao Ando, a Japanese architect. Since this visit I have studied his work and seen him speak. What I have seen in his work is the spiritual dimension of architecture.
I recommend a wonderful little book "Seven Interviews with Tadao Ando" which is available from the museum's web site
